This policy describes Quiet Orbit, a private assistant integration for approved users, and this information website.

Data the integration accesses

Depending on the permissions granted, Quiet Orbit can access account identifiers, email messages and attachments, calendar events, files and document contents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, meeting information, contacts, and tasks. OAuth credentials allow it to access connected accounts without collecting their Google passwords.

How data is used

Connected data is processed to answer requests, prepare drafts and summaries, manage authorized records, and run configured reviews or reminders. The requested action and the permissions on each account determine which services are used.

Processing and sharing

The assistant runs on a privately operated server. Relevant content can be sent to configured AI providers to produce responses and complete tasks, and to connected services when a requested workflow requires it. Those providers process data under their applicable terms and account settings. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes request information to deliver and protect the site.

Storage and removal

Credentials, conversation records, task results, saved notes, and operational logs can be retained on the private system and in its backups. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically erase previously saved records. Contact support to request removal of retained data or to ask about retention for a particular record. Backup copies can remain until the applicable backup is removed or replaced.

Your controls

You can review and revoke access through Google’s third-party connection settings. Do not grant access to an account you are not authorized to connect.

This website

These pages have no signup form, advertising, analytics scripts, or application login. Email sent to the support address is forwarded to the operator’s mailbox and processed to handle the request. Do not include passwords or access tokens in support messages.
